Ultan started his career as a Systems and Service Desk Administrator with DNG in 2004 Prior to his appointment he worked in the IT services and training environments. He has progressed within DNG to oversee the operations of the IT department and become Head of IT.

Ultan is responsible for overall management and maintenance of all aspects of the IT environment in DNG. Ensuring the safe and secure IT environment is of paramount importance for Ultan in delivering IT solutions to both the staff in DNG and the customers it serves. Adherence to best IT practices and compliance is ever present in his role as well as striving to implement and develop systems to enhance the product offered by DNG to all of its clients.
