Mark is an Associate Director in DNG’s Valuation and Advisory Department where he is responsible for managing the Valuation department and leading the various Nationwide valuation projects undertaken by DNG.

He initially started working in the property market in 2006 and joined DNG in 2012 having completed a BSc (Hons) degree is Property Studies from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and a Masters degree (MSc) in Regional and Urban Planning from University College Dublin.

Mark is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with experience in acquisitions, disposals, valuations, planning, new homes, auctions and asset management. He is a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, as well as being a RICS Registered Valuer. With strong coordination skills and an emphasis on attention to detail and efficiency, Mark ensures that valuation projects are completed to the highest standard by DNG.

The DNG Valuations team regularly undertake large scale portfolio valuation work for a number of Irish financial institutions, international and national funds, as well as private clients. The team also provide formal valuation advice to financial institutions, developers and private clients for residential assets, investment assets and residential development land in the greater Dublin area.
