Ray is a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) & The European Association of Real Estate Professionals (MCEPI). In addition, He is member of The European Group of Valuers Association (TEGoVA) and has been accredited by the association as a TEGoVA Residential Valuer.

Ray is a strong proponent of personal development. In 2017, while living in America ,Ray successfully passed the California Department of Real Estate licensing exam and is currently enrolled in the BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management programme delivered by the University College of Estate Management.
