Having established Douglas Newman Good Group (DNG Group) in 1982, Paul continues to offer his vast knowledge and experience to the group in the role of Chairman.

Paul has over 40 years of experience in the real estate business and he is widely regarded as an expert in his field. He has particular expertise in the sale and acquisition of both residential and commercial property, new homes, construction, valuations and professional services.

Paul is responsible for much of the expansion of the DNG Group with extensive innovation to the business and industry including the introduction of Sale Agreed boards to Ireland.

Paul is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors & the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.
