Gina has developed an extensive list of established clients in the building and development arena, many of which have been her clients for over fifteen years and she provides advice on all aspects of New Developments from the initial acquisition, through design and specification through to devising comprehensive marketing campaigns and management of the sales process through to her extended team.

We have many New Homes Schemes all over Dublin DodderBrook, Elder Heath, Sandymount Castle Court, Sion Hill Park, and high profile schemes such as Bolands Quay, Knockrabo Mt Anville Road and Kilcarbery Grange which has over 1,000 units. Larger schemes which I would have dealt with in the past are The Paddocks in Adamstown under the SDZ and Newcaslte Lyons.
