Gemma joined DNG in 2000 and since then, has specialised in the sale and marketing of new homes in the Greater Dublin area. Her list of developer clients includes many of whom she has acted for throughout her career, a testament to her professionalism. 
Gemma works closely with her team of new homes agents and has extensive knowledge of the market from hands-on experience of selling large volumes of new property. 
Gemma also advises clients on the acquisition of development land, and over the years has successfully advised a number of clients on the acquisition, design, sale and marketing of large scale new schemes. 
An expert in block valuation and the sale of large portfolios, she has successfully sold a number of large schemes. Gemma has also acted in the sale and acquisition of new homes schemes/blocks for many institutional clients including NAMA, AHBs and Government bodies. 
With a range of clients which includes many of the country's most renowned private building companies and some of the world's largest investment funds, Gemma has been involved in the project management of many of DNG's major contracts and is very experienced in the complexities of such projects.
