Carol is a Partner in DNG’s Valuations and Advisory Department and is a very experienced chartered surveyor with specific expertise in all aspects of the residential valuation business. In recent years, Carol has undertaken valuation projects for NAMA, many Irish and International financial institutions, as well as national and international funds, developers, local authorities, corporate and private clients.

 She is also involved in the acquisition and sale of sites, land and all types of residential property and is a specialist in the sale and management of property portfolios with strong knowledge of most areas of planning legislation.

Carol joined DNG in 1995 and for many years ran the DNG New Homes and Development Department and as part of this role Carol managed a large team of agents.

Carol holds a BA (Hons) in Economics & Geography from University College Dublin and is a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She is also a RICS Registered Valuer.
