Our Client Services
This department was set up in 2013 to match buyers and potential sellers to properties that best suit their requirements both on and primarily off market in the greater Dublin area. This specialist division offers a discreet personalised service in conjunction with the DNG branch network using the most up to date technology through a cloud-based CRM system allowing access to every property in the DNG network both on and off market.
The team also targets and broker sales for properties that suit certain buyer profiles.
In recent times, the department has seen a big increase in the number of expats returning home as a result of the current Covid 19 pandemic and indeed those moving to Ireland as a result of Brexit who are interested in buying high value houses in the capital.
The department comprises a team of true professionals based at DNG Head Quarters at Leeson Park. It is managed by Jill Lowe a licenced estate agent with over 30 years’ experience in the second hand and new homes sectors. Jill worked in a number of DNG branches and managed the DNG New Homes Department for a period. Jill is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers.
