SJ has over 10 years experience in the property industry, working with Sherry Fitzgerald, Cairn Homes PLC & D/RES.
She has a proven track record providing strategic input predominantly in residential development with key areas such as land acquisitions, pre-planning, construction design, specification, fit out, Part V, AHB’s & overseeing the sales process to legal completion & handover.
With her construction background, SJ thrives in a results-driven environment, exploiting every opportunity to value add to existing and new developments by analysing feedback received from both internal and external parties to improve build quality, design, and customer experience.
She is proficient in a changing target-driven environment modifying the sales strategy of a development to maximise sales and returns for her clients, as well as delivering high-quality customer experience.
Highly experienced in analysing data, and forecasting for key stakeholders with proficient reporting skills.
Sarah Jane is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (MSCSI)
