She has a proven track record providing strategic input predominantly in residential development with key areas such as land acquisitions, pre-planning, construction design, specification, fit out, Part V, AHB’s & overseeing the sales process to legal completion & handover. 

With her construction background, SJ thrives in a results-driven environment, exploiting every opportunity to value add to existing and new developments by analysing feedback received from both internal and external parties to improve build quality, design, and customer experience.
