Glenn joined the firm in February 2011 and went on to be appointed Director of the company in January 2014. Glenn holds an Honours degree in Real Estate (Valuation and Management) from the University of West England Bristol and is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) and the European Confederation of Real Estate Agents (MCEI). Glenn is also a member of  TEGOVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations ( TEGOVA) since 2016.

Glenn’s responsibilities encompass all aspects of the property process, from the management of receivership rental property portfolio’s and the creation of detailed financial account statements, to property valuations for sale and for mortgage valuations as well as sales instructions and asset marketing. Glenn has over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of the property market.

His comprehensive industry knowledge provides a complete sales and management service, resulting in exceptional levels of individual and corporate customer satisfaction and company referrals.

Glenn’s specializes in Sales, Property/Asset Management, Valuations, Property Negotiation focused on private residential sales of family homes. Glenn has been involved in hundreds of sales transactions to date. Since the start of the recovery in 2014 Glenn has successfully sold over €250 million worth of residential and commercial property for DNG Creedon.
