Ella Dunphy

Managing Director

Native of Kilkenny, Ella Dunphy formed her own Real Estate & Valuations business in Kilkenny City in 2003. Joining the DNG Group in 2004.

Ella is a Fellow of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers), being appointed to Council in 2014. She served as IPAV President in 2018-2019 and was the first woman President.

She is a qualified Recognised European Valuer and member of the Chartered Surveyors for many years. She has extensive experience in the property spectrum, notably in the commercial/agricultural and residential sector.

Since 2019, Ella Dunphy is a member of the TEGOVA Business Valuations Board. In 2021, she was the only qualified Blue Book Business Valuer in Ireland.

She is also an external examiner with TU (Tallaght University Dublin). Since 2019 she is a member of the State Board for Property Regulation in Ireland and is committed to driving standards, professional and compliance in the Real Estate sector.
