DNG research produces three residential property price gauges, including a national and Dublin house price index and a Dublin apartment price gauge. Highly regarded both here and abroad, the quarterly DNG house price gauge has been in operation for over 15 years and provides the most accurate and timely statistical data on house prices in the market today. DNG also produces extensive data on the new homes market, which is shared with a select number of government agencies, local authorities and key commercial clients on a quarterly basis.

DNG has a wide range of property divisions, including Residential, New Homes, Valuation, Asset Management, Commercial and Advisory Services.
