From single residential properties to multi-thousand units in loan books, DNG O’Dwyer provides a first-rate service. DNG O’Dwyer are appointed valuers for over 30 various financial establishments which include Irish and international financial institutions and funds, corporate bodies, local authorities, government agencies, housing associations, charities and private clients. These appointments have resulted in our firm having the appropriate level of Professional Indemnity Cover in place as well as being an established Member of The European Group of Valuers Association (TEGOVA) with our in house Valuer being a Recognised European Valuer (REV).

Knowledge is the key to success, and at DNG we place huge emphasis on delivering the latest and most accurate property information in Ireland today. DNG research produces three residential property price gauges, including a national and Dublin house price index and a Dublin apartment price gauge. Highly regarded both here and abroad, the quarterly DNG house price gauge has been in operation for over 15 years and provides the most accurate and timely statistical data on house prices in the market today. DNG also produces extensive data on the new homes market, which is shared with a select number of government agencies, local authorities and key commercial clients on a quarterly basis.
DNG has a wide range of property divisions, including Residential, New Homes, Valuation, Asset Management, Commercial and Advisory Services. To ensure we are always evolving and innovating in every one of these services, we also have an internal marketing department, corporate governance section and research division. We work with some of the very best people in the business; currently over 300 highly skilled and talented people are employed in DNG, with plans for further expansion.
NEW HOMES
An important part of DNG’s business is the marketing of new housing developments for our clients. Over the past 30 years we have handled major developments across the entire greater Dublin area and nationwide. Our current portfolio includes a number of Ireland’s most exciting sites, and clients include some of the world’s largest investment funds, NAMA and private building companies. We have also sold and acquired new homes schemes for the government’s Housing Agency, local authorities, housing associations and private investment funds.
