About this Office

DNG Brid Feely was established in 2004 and has served the residential property needs of the North Kildare area ever since. Being a native of the area herself since 1969 Brid is intimately familiar with the local areas of Maynooth, Kilcock, Donadea, Enfield, Moyvalley, Broadford, and Longwood and prides herself with the motto 'Local Knowledge Local Expertise'. With the support of her backup team of Moira, Gerry, and Grainne, Brid herself is minutely involved in every house sale and rental from inspecting and valuing her properties, to doing all viewing appointments herself and to liaising with Solicitors, Vendors,   Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants so that Sale Agreements follow through to actual Closed Sales and Rental proceed smoothly with happy landlords and happy tenants.

The Office is located in a prime position on Main Street, Maynooth and enjoys an abundance of passing footfall and traffic, and is centrally located within easy and quick reach of the hinterland and the core areas in which Brid operates. As a History Teacher in a previous life, Brid is deeply conscious of the Historic ambiance and importance of Maynooth to the North Kildare area and aware of the unique privilege she has in continuing to marry the amazing convenience of the amenities in the area with its historic setting.

  • The Maynooth and Hinterland North Kildare area in which DNG Brid Feely operates is one of rich historic significance and amazing modern conveniences. Only 30 minutes from Dublin City Centre, Maynooth enjoys fantastic bus and train commuter facilities in addition to excellent road and Motorway routes to almost everywhere. Maynooth of course is famous for its University in which generations from throughout the country have come to be educated and who have added to the character and ambience the town enjoys.

    There are an abundance of Shops, Restaurants, Sporting facilities and indeed we have Manor Mills Shopping Centre and the Tesco Shopping Centre on opposite ends of the town Centre. In addition there are beautiful walkways for families to enjoy such as Carton Avenue walk, the Royal Canal Greenway, and many others in the area. Liffey Valley Shopping Centre is only about 15 minutes drive from the town and indeed Blanchardstown and Dublin Airport only about 20 minutes away. The world renowned Intel complex is only 6 minutes or so from Maynooth and along with many other vibrant businesses in the area ensures excellent employment in the area and results in an excellent local economy.
