The New Homes Transactional Analysis report from DNG Research analyses recorded new homes transactions listed on the Property Price Register (PPR) on an annual basis. The research highlights the fact that the PPR is inadvertently underreporting the actual number of new homes sold. This occurs because there are many instances where the sale of multiple units in a development is registered on the PPR as one transaction when that one transaction actually involves multiple units.
