A Guide to Tenant Services
At Douglas Newman Good our primary objective is to provide an unrivalled level of service and support to our clients. A commitment to succeed, attention to detail and a desire to exceed our clients expectations are central to our approach to business. ![]() When deciding to rent a property the first step is to contact DNG Lettings for the widest choice of properties. Details of all our rental properties are available throughout our Nationwide branch network and on the web at http://www.dng.ie or http://www.myhome2let.ie Should you have any questions or wish to arrange a viewing you can do so by contacting one of Letting agents. Once all references are thoroughly checked and confirmed, we will draw up the lease agreement for the time period required. Once the tenancy agreement is signed we will organise where possible for the utility bills to be transferred into the tenants name. It should be noted that due to security policies in place with the ESB, NTL and eircom, the request for the name change on a utility bill must come from the tenant, Miscellaneous It should also be noted that should the rent per annum exceed €19,046.71, the tenant must pay 1% Stamp Duty of the annual rent plus a €12.70 stamping charge. |
