The Group incorporates Douglas Newman Good Residential, Douglas Newman Good New Homes, Douglas Newman Good Sites and Land, DNG Nationwide and DNG International.

We currently operate out of 20 branches in the Greater Dublin area with our head office and auctions rooms based on the outskirts of Dublin City Centre at Leeson Park, Dublin 6. We have nearly twice the amount of independently owned branches than any of our competitors.

Our New Homes and Sites and Land divisions are involved in some of the country’s largest land deals and are in a position to advise on all aspects of development. They act for many of the states most prolific builders and offer the widest range of new housing schemes on the market including the largest new housing scheme currently being developed in this country at Adamstown, Co Dublin.

Douglas Newman Good pride themselves on their innovative approach to business and we were the first estate agency to introduce “Sale Agreed” boards to this country. We also pioneered the concept of a café style branch when we opened our first last year in Dun Laoghaire . We are the only agent to produce a full colour 162 page glossy magazine “City and Town” which is distributed free nationally throughout Our branch network. Douglas Newman Good have the sole rights in Ireland for “Property Line” which offers a 24 hour messaging service for all our Dublin properties which is operated by a unique telephone number on every board.

The Group also offers full financial services through its sister companies GMC Mortgages and GMC Life and Pensions. GMC Mortgages is the largest independently owned retail mortgage broker in Ireland operating from over 50 branches nationwide.
