The Douglas Newman Good Group are the largest sellers of residential property in the Greater Dublin area and operate the second largest franchise network in Ireland. Douglas Newman Good currently operates out of 20 branches in the Greater Dublin area with their head office and auctions rooms based on the outskirts of Dublin City Centre at Leeson Park, Dublin 6. They have nearly twice the amount of independently owned branches than any of their competitors.

DNG Nationwide is the fastest growing franchise network in Ireland having opened over 65 franchise offices throughout the country in the last two years.

Douglas Newman Good New Homes and Sites and Land divisions are involved in some of the country’s largest land deals and are in a position to advise on all aspects of development. They act for many of the states most prolific builders and offer the widest range of new housing schemes on the market including the largest new housing scheme currently being developed in this country at Adamstown, Co Dublin.

The Douglas Newman Good Group now has over 85 branches throughout Ireland with combined sales in excess of €10 Billion per annum.

Douglas Newman Good pride themselves on their innovative approach to business and were the first estate agency to introduce “Sale Agreed” boards to this country. They also pioneered the concept of a café style branch when they opened their first last year.
